Cotton Products We Supply

TurkCotton covers the full range of Turkish cotton textile exports — from raw yarn and greige fabric through to finished towels, bed linen, institutional textile programs, and private label garments.

We work with buyers across all major product categories: yarn for converting operations, fabric for manufacturing programs, finished home textiles for hospitality and retail, institutional linen for healthcare and contract laundry, and branded garments for private label programs.

All product categories ship from Turkey in container volumes. Each category is described in detail in the sections below.

Cotton Yarn

TurkCotton supplies cotton yarn to converting operations, knitting mills, and weaving facilities.

Available constructions cover ring-spun, open-end, combed, and carded yarn. Fiber options include 100% cotton, certified organic cotton, and cotton blends. Yarn is supplied on cones and cheeses in the count range and packaging format your converting line requires.

Buyers provide count specification, fiber requirement, construction type, and annual volume. We confirm mill availability, minimum order quantities, and pricing basis in the feasibility response. Sampling is arranged after feasibility is confirmed.

Fabric — Greige and Finished

Turkish fabric production covers woven and knitted constructions across a wide weight range suitable for apparel, home textiles, and institutional applications.

Greige fabric is available for buyers who apply their own finishing. Finished fabric is available dyed, printed, or in natural white with surface finishing applied at the mill.

Woven constructions include plain, twill, poplin, percale, and sateen. Knitted constructions include single jersey, interlock, rib, and fleece. Buyers provide GSM requirement, fiber content, construction type, and end-use application. We confirm what is available in the Turkish mill network and return a production feasibility response within 24 hours.

Towels, Bath Mats and Bed Linen

Turkish towel and bed linen production is one of the country's strongest textile export categories. TurkCotton supplies these products to hospitality buyers, wholesale importers, retail programs, and institutional buyers worldwide.

Bath towels, hand towels, face cloths, and bath mats are available in weights from 450 GSM to 900 GSM. Ring-spun and zero-twist constructions are both available. Dobby borders, jacquard patterns, and plain weave finishes are standard production options.

Bed linen covers fitted sheets, flat sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases in percale, sateen, and jacquard weaves from 200TC to 1000TC. 100% cotton and cotton-blend constructions are available.

Private label packaging, custom labeling, and branded presentation are available for both towel and bed linen programs.

Hospitality, Healthcare and Institutional Textiles

Hotels, hospital groups, resorts, and contract laundry operations require textile programs built for repeated industrial laundering and consistent replacement supply. TurkCotton supplies towel programs, bed linen programs, uniform fabric, and institutional textile packages to this buyer segment.

Production for hospitality and healthcare buyers is specified for operational durability. Buyers provide room count or annual consumption volume, replacement cycle, and any laundering or chemical compliance requirement. We structure supply programs for ongoing replenishment at consistent quality and pricing.

Healthcare textile buyers requiring OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification, skin-contact compliance, or specific chemical testing documentation can confirm these requirements at inquiry stage. Certification scope is verified before production matching begins.

Private Label Garments

TurkCotton supplies private label cotton garments from Turkish CMT and full-package manufacturing facilities to retail brands and wholesale buyers.

Product range covers t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, polo shirts, and knit basics. Fiber options include 100% cotton, certified organic cotton, and cotton-elastane constructions. Buyers provide construction specification, size range, trim requirement, and labeling instruction. We match production facilities before sampling begins so sampling budgets are not spent on facilities that cannot meet program requirements.

Finished goods are packed and labeled to retail or wholesale specification. Barcode integration, hangtag application, and polybag or carton packaging are handled within the production program.

Export Markets and Delivery

TurkCotton exports to buyers in Europe, North America, the Gulf, the Middle East, and global markets.

Shipments move by road freight to European distribution centers and by ocean freight from the ports of Ambarlı, Mersin, and İzmir to intercontinental destinations. Road transit to Central and Western Europe runs 48 to 72 hours. Ocean freight to US East Coast ports runs 12 to 15 days. Gulf and Middle East destinations are typically reached within 5 to 7 days by sea.

Turkey operates within the EU Customs Union for textile and industrial goods. Shipments to EU destinations move under A.TR. movement certificates, removing import duty at the EU border for qualifying goods. For EU importers, this has a direct effect on landed cost and makes Turkish sourcing more competitive against non-Customs Union origins.

Incoterm options include FOB, CIF, and DDP. The applicable Incoterm is confirmed in the quotation based on destination and buyer preference.

Quality and Certifications

Mills supplying through TurkCotton hold certifications relevant to their product categories and export markets.

GOTS certification is available for organic cotton programs with verified fiber traceability from farm through finished goods. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 applies to finished textile products tested for harmful substances across all components. ISO 9001:2015 covers quality management systems at the mill level. BCI applies to conventional cotton sourcing and farm-level practice standards.

Certification requirements are confirmed at the inquiry stage and matched to the appropriate mill before a supply program is structured. Test reports, certificate copies, and compliance documentation are provided as part of the shipment package.

TurkCotton operates within the TurkExperts export network, which supports compliance documentation, export administration, and logistics coordination across Turkish industrial sectors.
