Product category and specific product type. For yarn: fibre count, twist direction, ply, and composition. For fabric: weave type, GSM or thread count, finish requirements, and composition. For finished textiles: GSM range, product dimensions, stitch configuration, and end use. Certification requirements — GOTS organic, OEKO-TEX, BCI, or conventional. Estimated annual or seasonal volume. Destination port and preferred Incoterms. For private label programs: packaging specifications, branding requirements, and labelling format.

What You Receive

Buyers submitting a complete inquiry receive a production feasibility response within 24 hours covering mill availability and capacity confirmation, product specification match, pricing basis at the requested volume, sample program options, and a shipment plan covering transit time and freight cost estimate for the destination port.

Sample Programs

Samples are available for all standard product lines before full production commitment. Yarn samples are provided on cones in the specified count and composition. Fabric samples are provided as cut lengths in the specified weave, GSM, and finish. Finished textile samples — towels, linen sets, garments — are provided as finished items in the specified configuration.

Sample lead times vary by product category and are confirmed at feasibility stage.

Private Label and OEM Programs

Turkish mills supplying through TurkCotton offer private label and OEM programs across finished textile categories. Buyers provide product specifications, branding and packaging design, labelling requirements, and certification requirements for the target market. GOTS-certified organic programs are available for buyers requiring full chain-of-custody documentation.
